Custom Order process
Submit your request
Fill out the form below with your size, shape, and design ideas. Use our sizing guide under Sizing Info first so you know the fit is right. If you are using custom sizes you'll also need to submit a size form with the same name and email that's on the custom form. We may email you for clarification. Sending a request is not a guarantee we will accept the order.
Descision
We will review each request and decide whether or not we can take it. We reserve the right to decline any custom design. If we accept, you will get and email with the price and a link to checkout. If we cannot take your request, you'll be notified via email.

Purchase
If you are approved, we'll prepare you a custom link to use to add your set to your cart and purchase. We do not start on your set until payment is complete. Once the process on creating your nails has started, no changes can be made.

Plan Ahead. Custom sets take extra time. If you need your set by a cetain date, request at least 1 month ahead of time. We do not guarantee rush orders.

Handmade, not copy machine. Colors, details, and the overall look of your set may differ a but from your inspiration photots. That is the nature custom, hand painted products.

Final Sale. Custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Double check the size and shape to ensure you get the set you're exprecting. We can't remake a set simply because the fit or style was not up to par.
